In the shower and
Landed on my head,
Who would find me
Naked,
Pruned,
And unconscious?
Or worse?
These are the thoughts you have,
Living alone,
When you fall
In the shower and
Land on your ass.
Luckily,
It’s padded.

good query, i remember we almost fell once or twice. never really thought about it…til now. 😉

I’ve had that thought before. Once, on a run through some woods, I got really lost and could only figure out how to get back to my car by following a creek – literally walking in the creek because the woods were so brambly. It occurred to me that if I slipped and hit my head, I would be a skeleton before anyone found me. Maybe you should wear one of those devices they give to old people who can’t get up. You might have a few seconds before you blackout to push the button.
